Warranty and Returns

At Coldclutch, we aim to bring you products that you can depend on for a great gaming experience every hour, every day. We believe 100% in the superiority and quality of our products.

As such, we offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Any products you receive which are defective or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping are replaced free of charge.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us in the same, new condition that you received it.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs and it is your responsibility to return it to us undamaged. Original shipping fees and costs will not be refunded. We also reserved the right charge a 10% re-stocking fee (of the item cost).

Note:  Our warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to breakage due to abuse, substance damage, usage not for the intended purpose etc. The warranty also does not cover any cosmetic or minor packaging damage caused during handling and shipping of goods to customer.
